To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Graxx II, Origine has given its Graxx more than a facelift, a complete rejuvenation, with the release of the third generation.
This is not new for Origine; the constant pursuit of excellence being the brand’s leitmotif, it has not limited itself to aesthetic evolutions. The Graxx also evolves in its carbon recipe to further optimize the performance / comfort / ease / strength ratio.
In addition to this classic version of the Graxx, Origine has decided to create an ultimate version in terms of performance. A series designed for performance without denying the essence of its bikes, by maintaining the notions of ease / comfort / reliability thanks to Dynamic Response. Two bike profiles stand out, without a hierarchy of ranges, for an even wider range of uses.
The Graxx GTO is the equivalent of the Graxx you know; it retains its qualities, the ability to ride long distances, to perfectly filter out terrain imperfections, extreme ease, and comfort in all circumstances. The Graxx GTO benefits from the molding evolutions developed on the Axxome III, notably the optimization of the EPS molding of the GTO series. The carbon fiber is compacted even more linearly over a wider surface. The consequence is even greater strength while maintaining exactly the same dynamic qualities that made the Graxx II famous. By acting on this compaction, the direct consequence is improved comfort.

The Graxx GTR, on the other hand, is designed for explosive accelerations, fast-paced rides, and races where average speed is paramount. Always with the ease and comfort that characterize Origine bikes. The Graxx GTR adopts the Unique Matrix Layup molding technology developed on our road GTR series. Origine has adapted the fiber and its density to the constraints of gravel riding, where the technical demands can rival mountain biking.

This GTR series represents all the brand’s expertise in innovation, fiber mastery and molding, and performance. Competition directly inspired this bike; the brand gathered feedback from its team on short, long, rolling, hilly, mountainous, or flat formats to develop this time-trial machine. Both series also feature the CCT+ rear triangle, always with the aim of an equally pronounced Dynamic Response, as well as optimal filtration.
The visible part: integration
Gone are the exposed cables; the Graxx features integration that is not merely aesthetic. Beyond the visual aspect, integration offers several notable advantages, especially for bikepacking. First, it’s worth remembering that Origine developed this integration with the Fraxion, then adapted it to the Axxome III. They wanted perfect and, above all, perfectly fluid integration, so that the cables and hoses would in no way restrict the rotation of the cockpit, or worse, engage the cockpit at the wrong angle. The development of this integration took months on the Fraxion, and Origine was not going to deprive itself of adapting this recipe. Thanks to this integration, the steering is even more fluid than with exposed cables and hoses, which could sometimes constrain the cockpit. Thus, you can let go of the handlebars with complete peace of mind whenever you need to eat your food, put on or take off your jacket, operate your GPS, or rummage through your bags.

The advantages:
• No exposed cables; attaching a handlebar bag becomes child’s play. No need to negotiate or think: you put it on, take it off, put it back on, without asking any questions.
• No cable rubbing on the head tube.
• More fluidity.
• For performance use without luggage, the bike is more aerodynamic.
• Integration of the power cable for lighting into the frame.
Why not bigger?
Origine has also chosen to keep exactly the same compatible tire widths, namely a maximum of 700×45 and 650×47. Why not bigger? Versatility. Bigger means making technical choices that automatically segment a bike by sacrificing versatility. The Graxx is an ultra-versatile gravel bike that can handle challenging off-road sections in high mountains, cover kilometers of trails with the sensation of riding a magic carpet, embark on self-supported bikepacking trips, but also be built super light for endurance road use and complete the Étape du Tour or a Marmotte.

As Origine emphasizes, the Graxx is not a Swiss Army knife: a Swiss Army knife combines a multitude of average tools, while the Graxx excels on all terrains for which it is designed. All field feedback over the past 2 years confirms this. This versatility has been widely demonstrated by users over the past 2 years and in the hands of ambassadors. Crowned and put through its paces on Bikingman road and gravel events, on short gravel formats like the Roc d’Azur, battered by Axel Carion from Chile to Sri Lanka for 2 years, Graxx bikes have wandered on bikepacking trips on the roads and trails of Europe, and have also kept up in Sunday fast packs. Industry professionals have not been mistaken; the gravel tour organizer Gravel Up has decided to equip its fleet with Graxx bikes.
New frame, new fork
The recipe is the same as for the OGV II, comfortable, precise, and rigid; the OGV III receives new eyelets for even more versatility in rack mounting options.
