Pirelli launches P ZERO Race 4S TLR, the Made in Italy 4-season tubeless

Pirelli presents P ZERO Race 4S TLR, the tubeless version of the Pirelli 4-season tire, manufactured in the renovated Milano-Bollate factory.

P ZERO Race 4S TLR features a tread made with the multi-award-winning SmartNET Silica compound. SmartNET is a silica-based molecule whose structure differs from traditional silica molecules: its elongated, rod-like shape tends to self-align naturally, which gives it many advantages. One of the most appreciated is its natural chemical affinity with water and, more generally, with low temperatures, a characteristic that makes it a particularly high-performing product on wet surfaces and/or those subject to cold season conditions.

In conjunction with the SmartNET Silica used for the tire’s exterior, the internal structure of P ZERO Race 4S TLR features the innovative SPEEDCORE technology, which employs a layer composed of a compound containing aramid particles. SPEEDCORE technology has low rolling resistance and offers high puncture protection.
