The 2023 collection features many versatile pieces, functional in a range of extreme conditions. Eco-responsibility played a central role in its development. Finally, it offers new models specifically designed for women, as well as a range for young cyclists.
Monica Lindtstrom, POC’s Director of Textile Collections, states: “We are constantly striving to fulfill our mission, optimizing what has been done before and not hesitating to challenge conventional thinking. This is clearly visible in our new collection, especially with the Aero initiative and the return of our Raceday performance range. It is in extreme conditions that the truth about protection and performance is revealed. We are proud to have developed models and materials that allow all cycling enthusiasts to meet their challenges.”
New color versions adapted to their environment are added to existing road, gravel, and mountain bike models.
Here are the essential pieces of the new collection.
Raceday
The new Raceday range is the pinnacle of the road cycling apparel collection. Developed as part of the POC Aero initiative, it features a new jersey, bib shorts, gloves, and shoe covers, all designed to optimize cyclists’ aerodynamic efficiency. Available in men’s and women’s versions, the bib shorts and jersey use innovative materials designed to improve compression and break airflow, allowing the cyclist to glide efficiently through the air.
The main benefit of the Raceday jersey is its internal structure creating micro-channels between the jersey and the skin: air circulation is improved, which increases breathability and the cooling effect. The exceptionally elastic woven material of the bib shorts improves compression, while displaying a sophisticated ribbed structure. In addition, the women’s bib shorts feature a new chamois specifically designed for the female anatomy as well as our innovative inverted strap construction.

Women’s Road Collection
Aerodynamics is a key objective this season, as is POC’s ambition to support women in cycling with more models and options. The new collection includes the Essential Road printed jersey combining straight lines, minimalist seams, and longer sleeves to optimize functionality and performance. Featuring an elegant cut and a deeper collar, it has a clean, refined look. It can be paired with the new Essential sleeveless top for women, a fitted technical base layer suitable for all riding styles. Its flat seams ensure superior next-to-skin comfort.
Those who ride in cold or rainy weather will be protected without risk of overheating thanks to the W’s Thermal Splash jacket, a partially insulated windproof model offering exceptional moisture transfer capabilities and water-resistant protection. In colder weather, the women’s Thermal jacket provides the warm comfort of its thick insulating material with a brushed interior.

Gravel
In addition to the launch of the Omne Ultra helmet, specific apparel for gravel adventures is presented this season, such as the new Ultra T-shirt for women. Ideal for sunny days, it combines reliable performance with the comfort of a looser fit, perfect for casual rides and extended explorations. The Air T-shirt for men is made of ultralight mesh ensuring exceptional breathability and comfort on the hottest days.
The needs of gravel and mountain bike enthusiasts are not the same. The Hip Pack Hydro 4L waist bag gives the freedom to ride without a backpack while carrying essentials for a day of adventure on the trails. It features compartmentalized space for tools, a spare tube, snacks, keys, and a map. A hydration bladder also allows you to carry water for longer rides. Finally, adventure-seeking cyclists will also appreciate the new functional Devour Ultra glasses, suitable for long days.

Sunglasses
The aerodynamically optimized Propel sunglasses were introduced earlier this year at the Tour Down Under. To adapt to changing weather conditions, a new photochromic lens has been developed specifically for the Devour. It ensures optimal vision for the cyclist in a wide range of light conditions. The lens features a molecular coating that darkens when exposed to sunlight, guaranteeing ideal vision even when conditions change.
A wide range of POC sports and everyday sunglasses are updated with seasonal colors, including the Crave, Aim, Aspire, Know, Require, Want, and Will models.

Helmets
The 2023 season sees the inauguration of a new Coron Air model, updated with the Mips system. This helmet is designed to offer high-performance protection throughout the day. Developed according to POC’s Whole Helmet Concept™ principle to ensure superior comfort, fit, and performance, it features optimized ventilation channels to increase airflow at moderate and higher speeds. It is the ideal choice for downhill and enduro enthusiasts.
Many helmets feature new seasonal colors, including the Omne Air, Ventral Air, Ventral, Ventral Tempus models, as well as the mountain bike specific helmets Otocon, Kortal, Tectal, Axion, Crane, and Omne Air Resistance.

Kids
The choice is now even wider for the rising generation with the addition of the Opsin Youth goggle to the kids’ collection. Optimized for young cyclists to distinguish every detail on the trail, it allows them to ride with confidence and develop their downhill and enduro skills.
Young cross-country enthusiasts also benefit from new options with the addition of a jersey, bib shorts, and socks. The XC kids’ jersey features details optimizing comfort. Made of lightweight structured mesh based on recycled polyester, this breathable model is highly ventilated and dries quickly. Paired with the XC kids’ bib shorts, which combine flexibility, freedom of movement, support, and compression, it allows young cyclists to improve their skills while enjoying absolute comfort.

Accessories
Even small details and accessories play an important role during bike rides. The new collection is updated with seasonal models such as the Lure high-cut MTB socks and the Lithe mid-cut MTB socks. Gravel and road cyclists will also be spoiled for choice with many new models in the range. The Vivify high-cut socks as well as the Flair and Zephyr Merino mid-cut socks, all offering a perfect fit, will make a statement during bike rides.
Gloves are also important: the MTB Savant model stands out with its innovative material, which adds an elegant touch. The Deft and Agile short-finger gloves, meanwhile, provide the ideal balance between protection and performance on the road.
Monica Lindstrom, POC’s Director of Textile Collections, adds: “It’s always a pleasure to present a new POC collection, as it represents the culmination of many years of material innovation and exploration. Guided by our willingness to ‘offer what doesn’t exist yet,’ we have worked to optimize eco-responsibility and added more models specifically designed for women to our collections. For us, this is fundamental to realizing our long-term vision of more participation with less impact.
