PROS – Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2023: the route, the profile, the climb details, the teams, the start list, and TV broadcast times for the 109th edition

On Sunday, April 23, 2023, world champion Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step) will attempt to defend his title at Liège-Bastogne-Liège. To do so, he will have to defeat the Slovenian ogre Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates), winner of La Flèche Wallonne two days ago, the Amstel Gold Race last Sunday, and already boasting 12 victories in 18 race days this season, including the Tour of Flanders and the general classification plus three stages of Paris-Nice! On the French side, Julian Alaphilippe (Soudal Quick-Step) will be at the start after his crash in the last Ronde. He will try to surprise the two big favorites to win the great classic race that seems to best suit his qualities. The Top 10 finishers in Huy, including Tiesj Benoot (7th), but also French riders Victor Lafay, Romain Bardet, and Warren Barguil, who finished 6th, 9th, and 10th respectively, might have their say at the decisive moment of the Doyenne. Tom Pidcock could find an opportunity to make up for his subdued performance (18th), as could Enric Mas (17th), Matej Mohoric (23rd), or even David Gaudu (abandoned). The battle promises to be magnificent. The final answer will come around 4:40 PM after 258.5 km and 11 climbs, including La Redoute and La Roche-aux-Faucons. To follow the race closely, find the course map and profile, details of the main climbs, the teams and riders entered, and the TV broadcast times for this 109th edition of the Ardennes classic.
