ALECK, the brand that recently acquired TOCSEN crash sensors, presents the highly anticipated Kickstarter presale of the new Aleck Punks. Punks is the first “near-ear” wireless audio and communication system for cyclists.
It attaches securely to helmet straps and offers crystal-clear sound and unlimited group communication, leaving ears uncovered to maintain awareness while pedaling.
The new Punks system offers several communication modes. “Party Mode” allows group discussions with unlimited range, meaning anyone connected to the group via the Aleck app (available on iOS and Android) can participate in conversations, whether they are on the same trail, miles away, or simply in another location! Walkie-talkie-style Push-To-Talk and real-time location of group members via Friend Finder are just some of the other features. And of course, with Punks, you can listen to music!
Punks are lightweight, do not interfere with riding or vision, and provide focused, high-quality sound in all outdoor conditions, even in the wind. They can be pre-ordered on Aleck’s Kickstarter page. The product will then be delivered to the European market in early summer 2023 at a retail price of €149.90.
