Do you love preparing and adjusting bikes to perfection? Are you able to manage a fleet of test bikes while occasionally getting involved in events? Are you flexible and have a strong sense of service to respond to diverse requests and provide solutions? Description of Workshop Technician / After-Sales Service Missions

• As a workshop technician, you are the guarantor of the SPECIALIZED France workshop. You ensure the availability and maintenance of the bikes for which you are responsible.
• You participate in handling questions and calls from resellers, providing advice and solutions.
• You coordinate the routing of various incoming and outgoing parcel flows.

Marketing / Event Service

• You participate in the preparation of major events on the Marketing calendar by ensuring logistics with the support of the relevant contacts.
• You provide reinforcement for events on the France Marketing calendar.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of bicycle mechanics, Specialized products, and e-bikes.
• Listening skills, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to establish and adhere to Quality processes.

Candidate Profile

You are rigorous, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Experience within the Specialized reseller network is a plus. Proficient in IT and hold a valid driver’s license.
