The 27th edition of the Route Adélie de Vitré will take place on March 31st on the roads of the Vitré bocage. It will be the 6th round of the French Professional Cycling Cup. Even though the course includes several climbs, the event should favor a fast rider who can excel in the final straight. Unless the weather conditions (rain and wind are still forecast for Friday) play a role again and allow a breakaway to contend for the victory. However, logic might place riders like Marc Sarreau or Clément Venturini at the top of the podium, unless riders like Anthony Perez or Axel Zingle (defending champion) take advantage of their current good form.

How to watch the 2023 Route Adélie de Vitré on TV?
It should be noted that the broadcast of the Route Adélie de Vitré will take place on Eurosport 1, not on the day of the event itself (Friday, March 31st) but on delay the following day, Saturday, April 1st, with an approximately 30-minute summary at 5:45 PM.
The 2023 Route Adélie de Vitré course
The riders of the Route Adélie de Vitré have 197.8 km to cover. The distance is divided into two circuits designed on the northern part of the Vitré bocage.

The Petite Boucle. The second circuit of 8.9 km is covered eight times. It takes on the Côte de la Chênelière, then joins the Vitré-Fougères road via the Chênot road.
The final finish will be judged on Rue de Brest, a final straight of 300 meters with a slight uphill gradient.
