Guided by over 100,000 foot scans using Retül positioning technology, Specialized recognized that two different last shapes, narrow and wide, would suit a wider range of foot shapes. The I-Beam internal structure adds stiffness and strength while eliminating the need for additional reinforcement. The result is a harmonious, stiff, comfortable, and adjustable fit to transfer all your power to the pedals.
The new S-Works Recon integrate Body Geometry technology, inside and out. With nearly two decades of development, all scientifically validated, Specialized ensures there’s no pain, only performance, where your body connects to the bike. Thanks to the Varus wedge in the forefoot, longitudinal arch support, and the metatarsal button, your feet remain in a more natural and efficient position when pedaling, allowing for better alignment with your knees and hips.
