To strengthen the teams in various points of sale (Nancy, Toulouse, and Vannes), Specialized is recruiting several profiles of employees, bicycle technicians and/or sales associates. Is customer relations your strong suit? Do you like to prepare and adjust bikes to perfection? Mission Descriptions
Sales Associate
• In direct contact with consumers, you provide unwavering customer support by offering personalized solutions.
• You master sales techniques and the range of products and services to provide the best possible experience in the purchasing process and brand loyalty.
Technician
• You excel in the assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of all categories of bikes—Road, Mountain, City—and you have experience with electric-assist bikes.
• You can identify the causes of motor, transmission, and electronic system malfunctions and determine repair methods, all while enjoying customer interaction.
Required Skills
• Listening skills, a knack for contact, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Organizational skills, versatility, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Specialized products and e-bikes is a plus.
Candidate Profile
Bac +2 – CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate) for technicians and/or at least 2 years of experience. You are curious and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
