The TUDOR Pro Cycling Team is back. For the 2023 season, 15 new cyclists have just joined the five riders already promoted under the direction of Fabian Cancellara. They will compete in the UCI ProTeam category alongside a development team registered on the Continental circuit.
The roster of riders is not the only thing that has been increased – the staff has also been considerably strengthened since the team’s launch at the beginning of the year. Ricardo Scheidecker, technical director from a major WorldTour team, brings his expertise to the TUDOR Pro Cycling Team, as does Sebastian Deckert, as head coach. Both will contribute, with their colleagues, to the development of the structure.
The team’s progress is part of the shared vision of Fabian Cancellara and TUDOR, which is based primarily on the human dimension of cycling. Results are certainly important, but the cyclists’ determination to constantly push their limits, both mentally and physically, and their ability to focus on how to cross the finish line, count just as much.
Building a team that puts cyclists at the center, with respect for their well-being and with kindness, is audacious. TUDOR Pro Cycling Team is convinced that this is the best way to reach the top. The recent increase in the team’s workforce fits perfectly with the idea of gradually developing everyone’s potential to eventually achieve great victories. Fabian Cancellara has stated that his actions were very well thought out: proof of this is the constant development and success of the TUDOR Pro Cycling Team.

In addition to all these new talents, the team benefits from more equipment, means of transport, and brand new BMC bikes. The team’s 2023 BMC bike will be in “TUDOR red” and will feature all the cutting-edge technology of the leading Swiss bicycle manufacturer. The strengthening of equipment will fuel the collective ambition by allowing the team to participate in several races on the same day and thus achieve their goals for the 2023 season.
