Look back in the World Tour peloton in 2023 with Cofidis

Look Cycle International returns to the highest level of cycling by equipping Team Cofidis starting with the 2023 season.

It was with a very sober press release that Look and Cofidis made official at the end of October what many people already knew: the brand’s return to the highest level of cycling, a few months after experiencing setbacks related to international events.

Indeed, the French brand had left the peloton last March when the UCI decided to revoke the license of Pro Team Gazprom-RusVelo following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. At the end of the previous season, the Delko-Marseille team, already equipped by Look, had to cease its activity.

It is therefore a triumphant return for the brand from Nièvre, guaranteed to participate in all the major races in the world, including the three Grand Tours with Cofidis. Look and Cofidis had already been associated between 2009 and 2014. The partnership extends to the women’s team, and also to the para-cycling team.

“We are proud to ride on 100% French high-tech products,” declared Cédric Vasseur, the team’s general manager.

The riders will be equipped with Look frames and pedals, Corima wheels, and Shimano drivetrains.
