Polar introduces the Ignite 3, a new fitness and well-being watch that offers personalized guidance for all types of workouts and, above all, provides best-in-class sleep tracking. The Ignite 3 also features customizable quick-access widgets, a new lifestyle-oriented and elegant design, and a vibrant, high-resolution curved AMOLED touchscreen. The new Ignite 3 takes Polar’s advanced sleep tracking functions even further with the introduction of SleepWise, an innovative new tool that visualizes the impact of sleep on the day ahead and presents a forecast of alertness levels each morning with a detailed perspective on the optimal time for targeted activities.
Designed for active lifestyles, Polar Ignite 3 is packed with top-notch features, including its new voice guidance and on-demand daily workout suggestions. What’s more, the new Ignite 3 is so versatile that users will want to wear it all day to always have access to activity tracking, heart rate, and calorie counters. At night, automatic tools track the quantity, quality, and different stages of sleep to provide a comprehensive analysis of how the body recovered overnight from exercise, stress, and other daily demands.

A brand new design
Smart and elegant, the new Polar Ignite 3 has been designed for everyday wear. Its sleek aesthetic and soft edges create a seamless screen experience. A stainless steel bezel surrounds the curved, durable Gorilla Glass lens and protects its new brilliant and vibrant AMOLED touchscreen, which is easy to read in all conditions, indoors and out.
Polar Ignite 3 features interactive widgets that provide instant access to the most important information, such as weather, heart rate data, activity summary, and much more. With these widgets, users can customize the watch interface to match a range of colors, styles, and straps.
Weighing only 35 grams, including the strap, the Polar Ignite 3 is incredibly light, making it comfortable to wear all day and all night – thus providing comprehensive heart rate, sleep, and physical activity tracking. Unlike many other devices on the market, users don’t have to worry about charging their watch every night. Even with its new high-resolution screen and all its features, Polar Ignite 3 offers incredible battery life that lasts up to five days on a single charge.
This new watch features premium characteristics, both in its design and its internal functionalities. With a CPU processor up to 2x faster than the previous generation, Polar Ignite 3 brings a remarkable advance in performance, for a smoother and faster experience. Its flat back design allows for closer skin contact so that Polar Precision Prime sensor fusion technology continues to provide the best heart rate measurement.
Despite its case size, Polar Ignite 3 is equipped with a powerful dual-frequency GPS, using L1 and L5 bands for precise positioning. It measures distances and route data with maximum accuracy and fewer interference problems from external elements such as buildings or bad weather.
Polar Ignite 3 also offers a new collection of colorful 20mm straps, including the elegant Obsidian Crystal and Alcantara Stone variants, which will accessorize all styles thanks to their hold and comfort.

The circadian rhythm is the internal clock that governs all systems in our body. From exercise to sleep, the Polar Ignite 3 is equipped with a series of functions designed to help and support people in balancing their lifestyle according to their rhythm.
Living in sync with your individual circadian rhythm starts with sleep. The Polar Ignite 3 takes the brand’s advanced sleep tracking functions even further with the introduction of SleepWise. By combining the quantity, quality, and timing of sleep with the internal rhythm and individual sleep needs, the all-new SleepWise analyzes the user’s sleep-wake cycle and determines their cognitive alertness for the day ahead. Each morning, users will see a detailed perspective of their alertness levels and can better target the best time of day for physical activity and/or relaxation. SleepWise will be available to all Polar Flow users whose watch supports the Sleep Plus Stages feature later this year.

During workouts, the Polar Ignite 3 provides real-time feedback and essential training metrics, so users can know their performance level at any time. Voice guidance is available as soon as the watch is connected to the Polar Flow mobile application.
