This is a patented fabric incorporating a permanent mechanical construction for moisture management that uses hydrophobic and hydrophilic yarns to extend the skin’s natural response to sweat evaporation. By choosing a sophisticated mechanical construction rather than chemical additives, Polartec has designed a permanent cooling solution for highly breathable cycling apparel that doesn’t stick to the skin during intense efforts.
