Pirelli launches Cinturato Gravel RC, the race version of the Cinturato Gravel

Whether for the World Gravel Series or Unbound, the Cinturato Gravel RC is a tire dedicated to Gravel events, with a focus on versatility, whether on the road, on white roads, or on more challenging terrain.

The Cinturato Gravel RC will be presented to the public for the first time at the Eurobike show in Frankfurt. This new Pirelli tire stands out for its unique tread pattern, characterized by tall, penetrating blocks on the sides and lower, denser blocks in the center. This design was borrowed from a best-selling competition tire in Pirelli’s MTB range: the Scorpion XC RC, a tire designed for XC and Marathon World Cup races.

Like the other Cinturato Gravel tires in the range, the new Cinturato Gravel RC is made with SpeedGRIP, a high-performance compound that has proven its worth. This time made of 60TPI nylon, the casing is protected by a “belt” that wraps around the tire from bead to bead. Named TechWALL Gravel, it adds a layer of reinforcement and cut protection without compromising rolling resistance and tire handling.

Pirelli’s new Cinturato Gravel RC tire is already available in a traditional black version and a Classic version with natural rubber colored sidewalls.
