Job Description

To strengthen its field team, Specialized is recruiting a collaborator who will support its distribution network in two strategic functions. On the one hand, Technical Training dedicated mainly to Turbo technologies (range of electric-assist bikes) and, on the other hand, to support the development of the purchasing and service experience. The collaborator will be integrated into the French Marketing office based in Valence (26). Positions are available for the North zone (PARIS) and the South-East zone (LYON).

Your main mission will be, on the one hand, to ensure perfect understanding, knowledge, and use of TURBO technologies and processes among dealers, to provide riders/consumers with a complete and high-performance service. Your second mission will be to support the network in improving the purchasing and service experience.

Mission Description

1 TURBO TECH REP

▪ You explain and train store salespeople and technicians on all TURBO technologies. As such, you work in tandem with SBCU trainers. As the TURBO referent, the ranges and specifications hold no secrets for you.
▪ You participate with the relevant departments and collaborators in setting up specific programs related to TURBO development (e.g., the Test program).
▪ You participate in showrooms, new product launches, press presentations, or any event related to TURBO activity, among others.
▪ You keep a curious eye on the competition and the market, to regularly provide constructive feedback on the segment’s evolution.
▪ You support Sales Managers during launch campaigns when taking B2B orders. You are consulted and participate in the development of digital communication materials and printed materials related to TURBO.

2 RETAIL MERCHANDISER SUPPORT

▪ You analyze the purchasing and service experience with the aim of improving them via action plans with the support of all departments.
▪ You ensure that informative signage is well positioned.
▪ You train dealer teams in our merchandising methods.
▪ You are involved in the inauguration of points of sale and brand corners in support of the Retail team.
▪ You support range launches in collaboration with the marketing department (presentation and merchandising of the launched product).
▪ You are proactive, you set up products and organize the presentation of walls dedicated to Specialized ranges.

Candidate Profile

With a minimum of a Bac +2 degree and at least 3 years of successful experience, you are passionate about the product and its evolutions, customer relations, technological challenges, mobility, and the world of cycling. You are organized, methodical, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills as well as abilities to work in a team and transmit your knowledge.
