Job Description
To strengthen the Specialized University department, Specialized is recruiting a Retül Fit Specialist to join the Specialized France office in Valence (26). You will manage the Retül Fit initiative for French-speaking markets. To learn more about the Retül methodology:

Your main mission will be to train partners in Retül Fit positioning tools and methods by establishing the training program and leading Specialized University classes.
Your second mission will be to cultivate a lasting relationship with dealers to ensure the level of service of the Retül Fit method in the field.
Mission Description
• Monitor trained partners and expand the initiative in the market in qualitative and quantitative terms.
• Analyze field data, establish reports, and communicate information between the different stakeholders of the initiative (Dealers / Specialized / Retül Boulder).
• Organize and be present at events to promote Retül.
• Plan and carry out bike fits for different departments (Athletes, Ambassadors…).
Skills
You are made for this position if you have the following skills:
• Knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Teaching ability, good interpersonal skills, and ease of public speaking.
• Excellent level of English and mastery of French, both written and oral.
• Proficient in computer skills (Office Suite, Adobe Suite).
Good knowledge of the cycling world, or even prior experience with Retül tools, will be additional assets.
Candidate Profile
You have a degree in biomechanics or similar studies and successful experience in the cycling industry. You are organized, methodical, rigorous, and have teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license, valid passport to participate in group training in the USA, among other places.
