The Pathfinder Pro is the most victorious gravel tire, with numerous successes to its credit, including Ian Boswell’s and Laurens Ten Dam’s first and second places at Unbound Gravel 200. Despite this, Specialized has designed an even faster Pathfinder tire. Introducing the all-new S-Works Pathfinder 42 mm. To offer the best combination of speed and grip, it retains the ultra-fast tread, Tubeless (2BlissReady) compatibility, and profile of the Pathfinder Pro. However, this S-Works version is approximately 210 grams lighter (per pair), significantly reducing its rolling resistance.

When speed and lightness meet supreme grip
The ideal profile for speed and grip: Specialized has retained the Pathfinder’s tread, with undeniable efficiency and progressive bite when you start to lean into corners. The volume of rubber used has been reduced to minimize rolling resistance and reduce weight. GRIPTON® T5/T7 compound: the new bi-compound GRIPTON® uses the fast-rolling T5 rubber on the tread and T7 rubber on the outer edges for more grip.
Durability on mixed terrain
GRID RACE: GRID RACE is a new, particularly lightweight sidewall reinforcement system, made of woven and crossed polyamide, improving tear and puncture resistance while maintaining excellent elasticity for a supple ride feel. GRID RACE offers incredible protection against gravel, flint, sharp stones, or harsh impacts. BlackBelt: proven over millions of kilometers, this BlackBelt puncture protection is positioned under the entire tread, further increasing the durability of this light and supple tire.

The 42 mm S-Works Pathfinder weighs only 435 grams and offers incredibly low rolling resistance, 20% faster than any other Specialized Gravel tire. None is faster on trails, lighter, and more efficient than the S-Works Pathfinder. This new tire represents much more than the fastest option to reach the finish line.
