Cycling apparel brand HIRU launches a new website

HIRU was born from a synthesis of experiences. Orca’s knowledge in the development of technical textiles alongside high-level athletes joins the legacy of the Orbea brand in the field of cycling, developed over more than 180 years of history. HIRU today unveils its new website: an introduction and detailed presentation of its technologies and collections.

Since its beginnings, the new brand of technical and customizable clothing has sought constant improvement in each of its products. Thanks to the latest textile and manufacturing technologies, the garments are adapted to the needs of each ride, each competition, or the different conditions in which cycling is practiced.

Three ranges forged in competition

All products offered have undergone hours of testing in various races and under varying conditions. No compromise is tolerated at the highest level of competition.

These tests are in addition to real-world trials. More subtle, these allow for the identification of improvements over countless kilometers in the sun, in the cold, against the wind, and in the rain. During the development process, the HIRU team and its family of ambassadors test each garment on long rides, discarding many models and materials that do not meet performance criteria.

On its new website, the brand offers different technologies across three ranges adapted to all cyclists: LAB, ADVANCED, and CORE. Three ranges with different properties, adapted to specific uses and the conditions in which rides take place.

The LAB range consists of lightweight and aerodynamic garments aimed at maximizing performance in competition. Shaving seconds off the clock or descending faster requires specific technologies to make clothing as light and aerodynamic as possible, while maintaining peak efficiency and performance in all weather conditions.

The ADVANCED range, on the other hand, aims to offer high-performance clothing to cyclists who primarily seek adventure on long rides, both on and off the beaten track. This range incorporates technologies and fabrics that prioritize comfort for long days on the bike, regardless of the terrain and external conditions.

Finally, the CORE range consists of garments with many clever details, intended for daily use in all conditions and on all terrains. The fabrics have been carefully chosen to allow the cyclist to ride comfortably and safely while maintaining the infallible technicality of the products.
