For almost half a century, Specialized has been creating bikes with a fierce determination to ensure they meet the expectations of every rider. Considering the evolution of consumer expectations and their environment, it seemed fundamental to the brand to go even further, by also offering every customer the possibility of having the bike of their choice, according to their desire. Now, you can order Specialized products when, where, and how you want. Whether at your favorite Specialized dealer or from the comfort of your home.
The brand announces that home delivery of its bikes is now possible. This complements its network of authorized dealers in France and Wallonia. In the near future, Specialized will also offer personalized home delivery, by a specialist, of bikes ordered online. Delivery of a Specialized bike is now possible, without getting into a car.

Shipped to Home or Store
With the Ship to Home option, Specialized will help choose the right bike and ship it wherever the customer wants – it will be pre-assembled and tested by Specialized teams before final home delivery.
With only a few parts removed for shipping, the new Specialized will be ready to ride in minutes. The brand will ensure that the customer is able to enjoy their Specialized, without needing to be a talented mechanic. If assistance is needed, a Rider Care service specialist is available by phone. The brand can also connect the customer with an authorized dealer.
These new delivery options are part of Specialized’s global initiative, aiming to offer the greatest number of people the most awesome human-powered machine! Specialized is deeply convinced that a bike is more than a means of transport. It is a tool to transform the world. It must facilitate access to its products and commit itself.

As always, if the customer prefers to purchase their bike at a physical point of sale, the network of authorized dealers is available throughout the territory. They can guide and ensure that the customer has a great experience during their purchase, in order to live their passion in the best conditions. As a reminder, it is also possible to order a bike online and have it delivered to a favorite authorized dealer (In-store pickup).
Turbo electric bikes are not eligible for home delivery at this time. Personalized delivery by one of our specialists will be available later in our market.
