New: The 2022 Canyon Grail “blurs the lines”

New specifications and new graphics: the 2022 Canyon Grail also adds revised accessories such as full-coverage fenders, storage options, and lighting to make it a versatile bike for any season, for getting off the beaten path.

At the very top of the range, the 2022 Grail comes in a CF SLX version weighing just over 8 kg (for an 830 g frame). More affordable, the CF SL stands out for its excellent value for money.

Note that these 2 frame families are equipped with the Double Decker handlebar, which is both ergonomic and vibration-reducing.

These carbon frames also use DT Swiss Gravel rims equipped with Schwalbe G-R One 40 mm tires.

As for the Grail AL, it makes its return to the range. At this level, electronic shifting makes its appearance with the new Sram Rival XPLR eTap AXS groupset. The Grail 7 AW (for All Weather) will be the companion for winter cyclists with its powerful Lupine front and rear lights and fenders supplied as standard.

In addition to the development of the Grail, Canyon is expanding the Load product range, for example with a new handlebar bag that is sufficiently voluminous and perfectly waterproof, and can be mounted on Double Decker handlebars as well as standard handlebars. A new frame bag is also incorporated into the accessory range: perfectly adapted to the front triangle of the CF models, it offers interesting and weather-protected storage space.
