In this context, Orbea offers Rider Connect, a solution that allows cyclists to access the current and future availability of the bikes they are looking for while helping stores sell their inventory.
Customers can now view available models, as well as the order book of a selected store, and filter by delivery date and distance from their home.
Thanks to Rider Connect, they can make a reservation and manage the purchase at the dealer, or customize the bike of their dreams on orbea.com and have it delivered to the nearest store. And all this in one click.
Furthermore, the dealer participating in the Rider Connect program has the advantage of attracting new customers ready to make a purchase to their store, thus allowing them to market the product even before it has physically arrived in their store.
