With the Revolt, Giant unveils its new gravel bike

Since its birth in 2013, the Giant REVOLT has inspired many adventures. While gravel was in its infancy at the time, several trends can now be distinguished. Bikepackers want a reliable bike on which they can adapt luggage, various accessories, bottle cages or lights. Others simply want a comfortable multi-purpose bike that will follow them on all their adventures without worrying about whether it’s gravel, dirt or asphalt under their wheels. Those who are keen on gravel races need a lively bike that will take them to the finish line at high speed. True to its DNA, the new Giant REVOLT series connects with these different needs.

The new REVOLT sees its geometry reworked with a slightly longer top tube, a slightly lower bottom bracket, and a head angle that straightens up. A clever mix that makes the bike livelier. And since there are many ways to approach gravel, the chainstays integrate Flip Chip technology, which allows you to adjust the bike’s wheelbase. With numerous mounting points on the frame and fork, this new version of the REVOLT will satisfy bikepacking enthusiasts. Finally, the new REVOLT frame accommodates a D-Fuse seatpost that filters vibrations. If needed, the frame allows for it, this seatpost can be easily replaced by an internally routed dropper seatpost.
