At once a technical, compressive, and smart textile garment, an extremely lightweight modular cardiobox, and a high-precision sports application focused on coaching, the Clicshirt proves that the future of connected clothing is already a reality. Tested and approved by high-level athletes, this device, developed by Body Connect, allows users to monitor their body and heart in real time for precise and simultaneous tracking of their training and health status. A “cardio coach revolution” that attempts to go further.

Taking care of your body and heart simultaneously
It was while watching his son play a sports coaching game on his computer in 2015, based on physical health indicators, that Laurent Fort had the idea to create Clicshirt. Between the idea and its realization, 6 years of research and development passed, and several global patents were filed, leading to a true innovation in the field of connected objects dedicated to sport and health.
Clicshirt is a concentration of technologies, designed to meet the needs of the most demanding professional athletes, as well as amateurs who wish to resume regular physical activity.
Unlike devices currently available on the market, which often only provide a simple pulse reading, Clicshirt provides cardiac measurements equivalent to those of a professional electrocardiogram and translates them into health data understandable by the user: real-time ECG, heart rate variability calculation, BPM, MAX HR, VO2 Max and VMA calculation…
A 3-in-1 technological pack that revolutionizes the health approach in sport
Clicshirt comes in the form of a t-shirt for men and a sports bra for women: a technical, compressive, breathable, and completely washable textile, but above all enhanced by technology thanks to its many integrated electrodes. Clicshirt is thus much more comfortable and less irritating than a traditional heart rate belt.
A rechargeable cardiobox, weighing only 17 g, clips onto this garment, embedding algorithms protected by global patents, a GPS, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and Bluetooth™. Finally, a free mobile application, a true translator of the collected information, records all training data and transcribes it into a format understandable by the user.
For a jog or a bike session in complete freedom, there’s no need to bother with your smartphone. Once the session is over, the Cardiobox automatically transmits the data to the application.

A professional coach in your pocket
After each training session, the user connects to their Clicshirt application to consult their sports performance: speed, distance, route map, pace, personal record, elevation gain, falls, history of the last 30 days… To these indicators are added data useful for the athlete’s progression: cardio score, energy bar, fatigue level, heart rate variability, recovery rate… All useful data that allows for safe and personalized progress, regardless of age.
A true sports coach at your fingertips, the application also offers numerous challenges, tests (VMA, heart rate variability, recovery…), and personal or collective challenges to continue improving performance and maintaining motivation over time.
A novelty for many athletes
French people are increasingly aware of and interested in connected objects. Clicshirt is therefore aimed at all those who practice a cardio activity (fitness, cycling, trail running, running, hiking…) and are concerned about their sports performance and health. Those who train 2 to 3 times a week will find comprehensive and fun tracking to progress without stress. Experienced athletes will appreciate the subtlety and variety of the indicators offered, allowing them to achieve their goals more easily.
This device also interests professional clubs, with the aim of optimizing the physical preparation of their players, as well as the health sector, for monitoring people at cardiovascular risk.

Tested and approved by champions
Eager to confront the potential of the Clicshirt with reality, Body Connect enlisted extreme athletes, such as Johan Le Berre, European champion and duathlon world vice-champion, as well as Romain Guillaume, professional triathlete and winner of 3 Ironmans, to test the Clicshirt.
Their enthusiastic feedback makes them the brand’s best ambassadors today.
“I really appreciate Clicshirt for its ease of use. It’s much more practical to put on a t-shirt than to run with a heart rate belt. The application seemed immediately fun and intuitive to me, as you can track your performance in real time,” emphasizes Johan Le Berre.
For his part, Romain Guillaume recommends Clicshirt “to all those who want to enjoy themselves without too much pressure. The R-R interval mode, which appears in the ECG section of the application and measures the heart’s electrical activity between two beats, allows you to regulate your fitness level and avoid overtraining. It’s a great mix of technology and simplicity.”
For its launch, Clicshirt (sports bra or t-shirt, Cardiobox and charger) is offered at the preferential price of €269 including VAT, payable in 4 interest-free installments, or only €67.25/month on the website www.clicshirt.com.
