Developed to enable better off-road experiences, the all-new Checkpoint is now available in three model levels: SLR, SL, and ALR. While the characteristics of each of these levels are geared towards a particular type of cyclist, every Checkpoint can accommodate 45C tires and features an entirely new progressive geometry that is fast and agile, yet still ensures stability and control on fast, rough descents.
Checkpoint SLR
Designed for racing, the Checkpoint SLR is Trek’s lightest and fastest Gravel bike ever. It features a 700 Series OCLV Carbon frame with aerodynamic tube shapes inspired by the Émonda, internal storage for tools, IsoSpeed technology in the top tube for comfort, and the perfect number of accessory mounts for cyclists primarily focused on racing.
Checkpoint SL
Designed for adventure, the Checkpoint SL is for anyone who takes adventure seriously. It features a 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame, internal storage for tools, IsoSpeed technology in the seat tube for comfort, and a large number of mounts for bikepacking gear and provisions. Riders who love to descend singletrack at full speed have the option of opting for a dropper seatpost.
Checkpoint ALR
Designed for everything, the Checkpoint ALR is the utility model in the range. Its robust 300 Series Alpha Aluminum frame has countless mounts for fenders, bags, water bottles, as well as front and rear racks. It is at home in “adventure” mode, “daily commute” mode, or even “race” mode from time to time.
