Kask, the Italian helmet manufacturer, today unveils its latest creation. Following close collaboration with Team INEOS Grenadiers in design and development, keen-eyed connoisseurs will recognize the Wasabi, a new model that debuted at the Strade Bianche race earlier this season. This high-performance helmet is designed for year-round wear by gravel, road, cyclocross, and mountain bike riders.
The Wasabi is equipped with an airflow regulation system that allows the rider to easily increase or decrease ventilation depending on conditions. In addition, this helmet offers optimal comfort with the ability to adjust temperature for better control, an important criterion when the weather gets cooler. In terms of design, the Wasabi helmet is recognizable by its style, aerodynamic profile, and merino wool lining made by Reda. An ideal helmet for all disciplines, whatever the conditions.

Whatever the terrain, whatever the conditions
The temperature of the Wasabi helmet can be regulated thanks to its adjustable airflow system. With a simple push of a finger, a central sliding opening can be opened when the temperature is high, or closed when the weather gets cooler. An internal temperature increase of 1.5 ℃ is possible when riding at the same speed. With less than one watt lost between opening and closing the helmet’s vent at 50 km/h, demonstrated by wind tunnel tests, confirms that the Wasabi is one of the fastest helmets in the professional peloton.
