New: Alé presents its Fall/Winter range

The new Alé Autumn/Winter 2021 collection is available as a preview, online and soon in stores. It comes in five main ranges, from the Klimatik range to the Solid range, to offer an adapted outfit whatever the type of ride and whatever the temperature.

The Italian brand wants to “show that a bike ride in winter can be as fun as in summer, when you are dressed appropriately.”

The entire range is available on www.alecycling.com and soon in stores offering the brand.

This collection offers the best of Alé’s textile engineering and Research & Development, with garments featuring very high thermal properties, offering both great comfort, freedom of movement, breathability and, of course, color.

The slogan of the new collection is “Chi vive l’inverno veste Alé” (He who lives winter wears Alé), meaning, let’s live the winter season without fear, let’s go out on our bikes, let’s have fun without worrying about the cold. Because the cold, the Veronese brand’s outfits take care of facing it.

The new A/W21 collection comes in five main families:

– Klimatik, which has always represented protection against all weather conditions.

– R-EV1, a “capsule” collection that offers highly technological textile pieces.

– PR.S, available notably for custom collections and born from collaboration with teams.

– PR.R, a pillar of the Alé range, the Veronese house’s choice for World Tour Teams.

– Solid, a mix of colors, graphics and comfort.

Below is a selection of some models, possessing certain specificities that characterize Alé and demonstrate the characteristics of the outfits.

K-TORNADO 2.0 JACKET

KLIMATIK Range

It wears like a jersey but protects from rain and wind like a jacket. Made using body mapping, K-TORNADO 2.0 allows you to move on the bike with great ease. The three-layer fabric with the exclusive eVENT membrane and DWR treatment over the entire surface of the jacket guarantee a high degree of breathability and excellent thermal insulation even in the rain. Recommended for temperatures from 6° to 12°C.

K-ATMO TIGHTS

KLIMATIK Range

Thermal and stretchy, designed for cycling in particularly wet mid-season winter conditions, these technical, water-repellent tights are perfectly fitted to the body, offering great comfort and freedom of movement. The posterior/lumbar part, with its unique geometric print, stays close to the body and does not move during pedaling. The DWR treatment applied over the entire surface protects against light rain and dirt, while ensuring breathability and moisture regulation. Recommended for temperatures from 4° to 10°C.

FOUR SEASON JACKET

R-EV1 Range

A thermal, windproof and water-repellent jacket, made of three-layer FON-DRY fabric. The combination of an outer microfiber and an inner layer of thermal polyester responds to a demand from professional cyclists who complained about the cold sensation of the fabric on the body when wearing a light rain jacket. The jacket provides protection, warmth, air circulation regulation and prevents the “shiver” effect felt on descents or during less active phases. The DWR treatment ensures excellent water repellency against light rain and dirt. Recommended temperatures: 6° to 18°C.

SPEEDFONDO PLUS TIGHTS

R-EV1 Range

Minimal use of cuts and seams, freedom of movement and thermal insulation. The upper back, made of a raw-cut fabric, stays close to the body during pedaling. Made of SuperRoubaix, a winter microfiber that effectively regulates perspiration while remaining very breathable, it provides a slight compression effect ensuring a massaging effect on the muscles during pedaling. Recommended temperatures: 1° to 10° C.

URAGANO JACKET

R-EV1 Range

Here is a product that represents the excellence of Alé’s R&D, the perfect jacket to defy the most hostile weather conditions. For maximum comfort, Uragano is made of Polartec Power Shield Pro fabric. The body mapping technology used for the jacket allowed for diversification of the fabrics of the different panels (front, back, side inserts) for optimal control of the thermal protection/body moisture elimination ratio, in order to eliminate the “shiver” effect felt on descents or during less active phases. To note: the flap covering the zipper and the profiled cuffs to fit gloves. Recommended temperatures: 2° to 12°C.

NORDIC TIGHTS

R-EV1 Range

The model providing the most warmth and protection in the REV-1 range, for very cold climates. The highly thermal fabric is brushed on the inside. It provides excellent muscle compression and protects the body from intense cold. The DWR treatment guarantees the garment’s breathability and protects it from dirt and moisture. In addition, the smooth outer surface blocks the wind, improving aerodynamics. The Zero Friction brushed mesh straps, with variable tension, follow the body during pedaling. The waterproof reinforcement at the bottom of the leg protects against water and mud splashes. Recommended temperatures: -6° to 3° C.

THERMAL JERSEY

R-EV1 Range

An exclusive garment, made with the new L2 THERMO yarn, ISPO TOP-5 textile innovation award winner, capable of warming the body by 8°C in just 10 minutes. A soft and elastic jersey, designed to quickly protect the body from cold and face winter weather during training, even in the coldest conditions.

Rear pockets with high visibility reflective strips.

GRADIENT JACKET

PR.S Range

The Gradient jacket is the best ally to forget the cold, even when weather conditions make you want to turn back and go home. The three-layer FON-DRY fabric ensures breathability, comfort and thermal insulation. The graphics play with color gradients available in six different versions to choose from according to your own style. The DWR treatment applied over the entire surface protects against light rain and road dirt. Recommended temperatures: 6° to 18°C.
