Since 1927, this event has become a tradition: French and foreign cycle tourists converge on the host city to discover the charms and attractions of a region by bike throughout the week! This 82nd edition was an opportunity to discover the Valognes region and the Cotentin peninsula, but also a moment of meetings and reunions after two years of waiting! Steeped in history, from the Celts to the D-Day landings of June 6, 1944, with its architecture, culinary flavors, and especially its cycling routes, the city of Valognes and its region fit perfectly into the lineage of previous host cities.

This week entirely dedicated to cycling delighted everyone, from the youngest to the oldest! On road, mountain bike, handi-cycling outings, Cyclodécouvertes ®, supervised youth activities, long distance, or e-bikes for nearly 20% of participants, there was something for everyone in the Cotentin! In total, more than 1113 kilometers were covered by cyclists who chose the long routes and more than 370 for those who opted for the shorter ones.

This year again, the Federal Week was a wonderful cycling celebration!
