Byogenie Movement capsules review: for joint comfort

Many of us are forced to reduce our sports activity. Sometimes worse, we are even forced to give up our favorite passion. The cause? Joint pain. The Byogenie Projet laboratory offered us the opportunity to test their product range, which very specifically promotes joint comfort, over several months… Byogenie Mouvement. The verdict.

Without promoting running or cycling, we know that sport and physical activity contribute to maintaining good physical condition, particularly in terms of muscles and joints. Nevertheless, intense and/or prolonged sports activity induces micro-lesions in the joints, which, when accumulated, increase the risk of osteoarthritis.

Mouvement

Isn’t that name “top”? How is it that it was never registered by another food supplement laboratory? The reason is simple. I’ll give you the reason in the form of a question: who else but the Byogenie Projet laboratory has managed to put all the nutrients likely to soothe painful joints into a capsule to be swallowed with a large glass of water, to quickly regain comfort during daily movements?

“The very essence of genius is to put the simplest things into practice.” And yet it is so complicated to simplify something sophisticated. Personally, I know at least one person who benefits from this magical power. Luckily, she decided to offer athletes, whatever their sport – cyclists, runners, or even soccer or tennis players or climbing enthusiasts – THE solution that will allow us to protect ourselves from inflammation related to our favorite activity. This is Nicolas Bles, a doctor of pharmacy passionate about sport and experienced in essential trace element medicine, who chose to put his strengths and skills at the service of our community.

The solution

Mouvement capsules. A food supplement based on bamboo (silica for cartilage fluidity and hydration), willow (local anti-inflammatory, with pain-relieving effect and joint nutrition), curcumin (modulation of systemic inflammation), copper (collagen maturation), glucosamine and chondroitin (nutrition). A supplement that contributes to the proper formation of collagen for normal bone and cartilage function, and that maintains connective tissues including cartilage so that our joints are less stiff and less painful.

Knee joint.

At the knee and ankle joints, the articulations are enclosed in the joint capsule. Inside, the bone heads are covered with cartilage. And this cartilage is a connective tissue composed mainly of water and a significant network of fibers and proteins, called the extracellular matrix. This matrix is produced by specialized cells, chondrocytes. It contains: hyaluronic acid and chondroitin, which ensure elasticity. And collagen fibers giving the cartilage its strength and its ability to absorb shocks. Devoid of blood vessels, cartilage is nourished and lubricated by synovial fluid. This viscous fluid allows the bones to slide without constraint.

I’ve told you before, I’m not just an idiot. I like to understand. So I looked into each of the ingredients that make up the recipe for this “magic capsule” because, in fact, micronutrition can help preserve cartilage capital by providing essential constituents for cartilage formation:

– Collagen is beneficial for cartilage tissue regeneration. However, we absorb very little of it through food, as this protein fiber is not digested and, consequently, not assimilated by the body. On the other hand, collagen hydrolysate (fiber cut into small molecules) is properly absorbed and can be supplied by food supplements.

– Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen in the extracellular matrix of cartilage.

– Lysine and glycine are amino acids involved in the synthesis of collagen fibers.

– The intake of hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, and glucosamine, major components of cartilage, improves joint health.

– Manganese plays an important role in the reactions of connective tissue formation.

– Zinc helps protect cells against oxidative stress and is involved in acid-base metabolism. It is involved in the process of cell division, including chondrocytes, cartilage cells.

Then, I tested…

Two capsules a day, every day for three months… Osteoarthritis, is it supposedly congenital? I don’t know much about the truth of this phenomenon, but this phase of wear and degradation of the cartilage that covers our bones at the joints scares me a little. Especially since I have several cases in my family and I really want to run for as long as nature gives me days to live. So I know it. Everyone knows it: ground impacts, shocks suffered, changes of direction and other pivoting activities, and the forces exerted on the joints during my sports practices cause microtraumas. They damage the cartilage, leading to the inflammation associated with arthritis and pain. Unfortunately, since cartilage is devoid of blood vessels, it receives little nourishment and repairs itself with difficulty when damaged, hence the absolute necessity of preserving my cartilage capital. And in this sense, the capsule meets my needs 200%.

Regaining joint comfort allows you to rediscover the pleasure of playing sports.

The result

Byogenie micronutrition, through this capsule, significantly helped me optimize my cartilage capital. For several months, joint pain in my knee and ankles had been quietly developing. Especially upon waking. Even though the discomfort was bearable, these problems hindered my joint mobility. This lack of mobility biomechanically impacted my stride and movement efficiency. Three months later, this discomfort has completely disappeared, and I have regained a speed of execution consistent with my level. The first results, moreover, took two months to become visible.

My opinion?

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are commonly used in sports, most of the time without a medical prescription. Athletes consume them excessively to relieve pain after an injury, but also to prevent muscle and joint pain. But these products are not without health risks: cardiovascular risks, digestive and renal side effects. So the use of natural ingredients, although they in no way replace a medical prescription, demonstrates their benefit to me. So… Frankly, I’m not going to deprive myself of them! And I’m sharing it with you.
