TRIATHLON – 2021 French Long Distance Championship Men: Title for Clément Mignon

Postponed in 2020 due to the health crisis, the French Long Distance Triathlon Championship in Cagnes-sur-Mer (06) returned this year to the magnificent setting of the French Riviera.

On the Alpes-Maritimes course, consisting of a 1,900 m swim, 92 km bike ride (including the Col de Vence), and 20 km run along the seaside, the title went to Clément Mignon, licensed with Triathl’Aix. The 22-year-old athlete won in 4h08’06, ahead of two men from A.S. Monaco Triathlon: Sam Laidlaw, 2nd in 4h09’04, and William Mennesson, 3rd in 4h11’07.
