The main feature of these new designs is the integration of a steel bell trigger with a robust copper clapper. The bell can be easily triggered with hands on the handlebars, without having to look at the trigger, even with winter gloves. With a +10db improvement over the previous version, triggering these bells has become simpler and safer than touching a button on your bike computer.
Both products come with mounts compatible with Garmin, Wahoo, Bryton, Polar, Mio, and Lezyne; the Regular2 has a lower claw for GoPro mounts and other accessories.
HideMyBell Regular2 (model generally used for road cycling)
The Regular2 is the most functional out-front bike computer mount on the market, with its subtly integrated bell and accessory mount. With Regular2, you gain significant functionality while maintaining the clean lines of your bike. The new Regular2 integrates a steel bell trigger with a robust copper clapper. To keep your eyes on the road where they should always be fixed, CloseTheGap designed the trigger to be accessible without having to look for it, even with winter gloves. The bell sound reaches 95db to ensure your communication on the roads.
The bike computer is mounted in a low position, at handlebar level, to facilitate button access while maintaining control with your palms on the handlebars. With a height of 40 mm when the bike computer is mounted, the Regular2 causes no offset in the aerodynamic front profile and remains aligned with the stem.
In addition to the integrated bell, the Regular2 includes an accessory extension integrating a GoPro adapter, or a 25 mm mount for clamp-on accessories. This makes it the best solution for all cyclists looking for a minimalist-looking accessory. The mount now includes a 2-piece clamping design for easier installation, borrowed from the Raceday SL range designed for the Jumbo Visma team.

The Insider2 is the most functional over-stem bike computer mount on the market that ensures the preservation of the clean lines of your bike. With increasing traffic in forests, gravel trails, or MTB paths, adding a 95db bell for better communication clarity becomes obvious. The Insider2 integrates a steel trigger with a robust copper clapper, easy to access while maintaining control of your bike, even with winter gloves.
The mount is compatible with 35 and 31.8 mm handlebar diameters, making it a choice accessory for MTB and gravel, where shocks and accessories like travel bags make a front mount less practical. By relocating the bell to the side of the stem, there is no risk of accidental contact with your knee. Its flexible clamping ring allows installation around the handlebar without having to disassemble it.
