KASK introduces the URBAN R and MOEBIUS – two new urban cycling helmet models that combine the Italian high-end manufacturer’s flagship design with city-inspired aesthetics, optimal durability, and comfort, which are vitally important for the hustle and bustle of city commuting.
Each model is designed to suit urban commuters, e-bike users, and city rides, meeting the demands of urban riding with the attention to detail for which KASK is renowned.
URBAN R – Stylish and designed for the city
URBAN R is not just about aesthetics. Thanks to an integrated active ventilation system, the URBAN R’s airflow is fully adjustable to meet the user’s needs. A simple slide of the rear lever will open the helmet’s vent to provide cooling comfort in warm weather. Similarly, cyclists can close the vent for warmth and protection from the elements in winter and on rainy days. Whether worn while cycling, carried on public transport, or hung in the office, URBAN R is designed to share the busy daily life of city dwellers.
URBAN R comes standard with a Light Smoke visor, offering UV400 protection that blocks 99% of UVA and UVB rays. Thanks to the One-move Switch system, by simply pressing the buttons on each side, the visor can be detached and replaced with one of four other visor options to adapt to varying light conditions.
Inside the helmet, the brand-new ERGO FIT adjustment system, an exclusive KASK device, ensures a precise fit and comfort, even on rough terrain. Furthermore, comfort is optimized thanks to a very soft lining and thick internal padding with Silverplus® antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, while the inner sides have been designed to perfectly accommodate glasses without any discomfort. All of this is complemented by a synthetic leather chin strap, which makes the URBAN R a model of elegance, without compromising on safety.
