GEAR – Cardinal Cycling Group acquires Time Bicycles, with French distribution by Alternativsport

Cardinal Cycling Group acquires TIME SPORT‘s bicycle business and signs an exclusive distribution agreement with Alternativsport for France.

The Rossignol Group has finalized the sale of TIME bicycle frames and its Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) carbon production facility to Cardinal Cycling Group. The transaction includes all bicycles and frames, the brand license, and intellectual property. TIME pedal and shoe activities are not included in this sale.

Cardinal Cycling Group is a Franco-American investment and management group focused on the cycling industry, led by Frenchman Martial Trigeaud, an industrial engineer and former Elite cyclist, and American Tony Karklins, founder of Allied Cycle Works and former CEO of Orbea USA.

The first shipments will be set up this week, and all orders related to TIME bicycles and frames will be managed by Alternativsport in France. Alternativsport will be the exclusive distributor of TIME bicycles and frames.
