New to the AG2R CITROËN TEAM this season, Greg Van Avermaet will ride a gold BMC Teammachine SLR01 in 2021, a nod to his Olympic title won in Rio in 2016. A personalized model that differs from the red and white frame his teammates will use.

Dressed in red on the French team’s traditional bike, the BMC ICS Carbon cockpit and Teammachine SLR01 frame feature a gold color here. For the rest, Greg Van Avermaet’s bike is equipped with the same components as his teammates’.

Greg Van Avermaet’s Teammachine SLR01 is equipped with a Campagnolo Super Record EPS disc brake groupset (the crankset includes a Power2Max power meter). He will be able to rely on the Bora WTO and Bora Ultra disc wheel range. For the GPS bike computer, the bike has a Wahoo Elemnt Roam. Pirelli provides technical partnership for tires, and Fi’zi:k manages saddles.
