GAERNE Launches New G.STL Shoes

GAERNE launches its new high-end shoes: GAERNE G.STL. Comfort and high-level performance are on the program for this new model, available in five colors, weighing 274 g per pair and retailing for €379.90 in the Italian firm’s collection.

The G.STL aims to set a new benchmark for innovation, ultimate race performance, and comfort. The upper is made of a single piece of microfiber with laser perforations to provide heat dispersion and a perfect climate. On the scale, the new G.STL weighs 274 g (half pair size 43).

ANATOMICAL HEEL CUP 1.0: with its revised shape and internal anti-slip treatment, it allows for better stability and optimal foot control. Combined with the TARSAL SUPPORT SYSTEM 1.0, which wraps around the heel and shapes the upper of the shoes to the riders’ foot profile, these two technologies work together for unparalleled power transmission and control.

INFIT CLOSURE SYSTEM: The system features eight fastening zones offering infinite adjustment and precision fit.

BOA Li2: The new BOA Li2 dial is a major advancement, with a sleek, low-profile design, unprecedented longevity, and increased durability. With its progressive micro-adjustability, Li2 embodies the ultimate in fast, effortless, and precise fit. Boa Technology guarantees the reels and cables of the BOA closure system for the entire useful life of the product.

FIT TONGUE 1.0 : Using variable thickness on its longitudinal and transverse section, achieved through seamless construction technique. Internally, it is constructed with a high-tech cushion layer and is perforated for optimal breathability.

EPS COMFORT INSOLE: Anatomical internal insole with tarsal zone support to improve comfort and pedaling efficiency. The insole is perforated for an optimal microclimate inside the shoe.

GAERNE EPS LIGHTWEIGHT FULL CARBON SOLE 12.0: Made of woven carbon fiber, light and ultra-thin, it guarantees the transfer of every watt of power to the pedals. The foot is also more stable thanks to the shape of the sole in the arch area. Four ventilation openings ensure ventilation inside the shoe. The sole has an anti-slip insert in the toe and an interchangeable heel pad in the rear area. It is possible to move the heel position by 9 mm compared to the previous standard. An alignment scale printed on the sole allows you to memorize the heel position. Sole stiffness index at 12.

Note that G.STL shoes are also available with a “GAERNE EPS CARBON SPEEDPLAY” sole.
