The international women’s team Liv Racing, formerly CCC-Liv, will unveil its brand new kit to the public for the first time this Sunday, January 10, at the cyclocross championships in Belgium with their brand new athlete Lotte Kopecky. This UCI team, with Liv Cycling as its exclusive title partner from 2021, will ride in a brand new aubergine-colored kit designed by Liv and manufactured by CUORE.

“This Sunday will be special, it will be my debut with Liv Racing. This means I will be racing for the first time on my new Brava Advanced, and for the first time in this brand new kit,” says Lotte Kopecky, member of the international Liv Racing team. “The design of this kit is really beautiful, it’s stylish and very recognizable.”

Liv’s sponsorship of the international Liv Racing team is a way to demonstrate the brand’s commitment to women’s cycling at all levels and from all backgrounds; encouraging first-time riders and offering more opportunities for women to ride as professional cyclists.

The design of this new kit reflects the strength and grit of the women who wear it. Like a crest on a jersey presented on the world stage, the flower is bold and resolutely feminine, a universal symbol that represents women from all over the world and pays homage to the vision and work of a women-led brand and its founder Bonnie Tu, who advocates for cycling for all.
“We are very proud to support the women who ride under the colors of the international Liv Racing team. Liv is committed and dedicates more resources every day to help achieve greater parity and create new opportunities for women in professional cycling,” explains Bonnie Tu, Founder of the Liv brand and Chairwoman of Giant Group, which brings together the Giant, Liv, and Cadex brands. “When we designed the kit for this international team, our goal was to create something that stands out from the peloton and traditions. This kit was designed in the same way our bikes are – by women, for women. It is not a tapestry. It represents the power and experience of our team; it is something to be respected and admired, as we will respect and admire the cyclists who wear it.”

The Liv Racing team will wear a high-end kit manufactured by CUORE that combines the world’s best materials to optimize performance, protection against the elements, ensure good temperature control, and last over time, regardless of the environment.
“For 30 years, CUORE has supported all figures in the professional and amateur peloton. This kit, which will be worn by the Liv Racing team, was designed to perform at the highest level and to meet the most demanding conditions of the WorldTour,” explains Chris Munro, Chief Operating Officer at CUORE. “This design, created by Liv, with its fresh, inspiring, and positive look, is a perfect combination of technicality and style. We are extremely proud to support the athletes of the Liv Racing team.”
Kopecky will ride the Brava Advanced Pro, Liv’s performance cyclocross bike. Designed for international-level events, the Brava Advanced Pro is an agile racing bike, engineered for exceptional handling and to maximize acceleration.
Liv Racing WorldTeam Training Camp
The Liv Racing team will begin its preparation for the 2021 season during its next two training camps in Spain in January and February before the first road competition of the season, the “Vuelta CV Feminas” from February 18 to 21. The team will take all COVID-19 related safety measures and will remain in a “team bubble” throughout both camps.
