Seven-time track world champion François Pervis officially signs with the young Île-de-France brand MF Carbon Cycles as ambassador and partner.
The 36-year-old from Mayenne, holder of seven world championship titles (kilometer, sprint, and keirin) and two world records (for the kilometer in 56.303 seconds and for the 200m in 9.347 seconds) will be responsible for communication and product development for MF Carbon Cycles, with no time limit.
Currently preparing for the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021 (in tandem on the kilometer with Raphaël Beaugillet), François Pervis announced his intention to retire after this event, and then participate in the brand’s development.
The Frenchman declared on his Facebook page: “I am delighted to announce that I will now represent the MF Carbon Cycles brand, a specialist in ultra-customization for painting road, track, cyclocross bike frames and wheels. MF Carbon Cycles is a human-sized French company with true values, attentive to detail and, above all, listening to your desires. I was truly touched by the story behind the creation of this brand and by the originality of the paints it offers its customers. I have therefore decided to help it develop by offering you truly unique bikes that will come straight from your imagination! Your wildest wishes can come true! A truly exciting new project that I will be happy to share with all of you. At MF Carbon Cycles, you’re the boss!“
For his part, Fabrice Joudioux, the creator of the MF Carbon Cycles brand, specifies: “This is good news for us and a real challenge in the world of performance and bike customization.”
