30 running events to do before you die!

Jolie Foulée, a media outlet and collective of untalented runners, decided to end 2020 in style. The book Des Foulées, les courses à faire en France avant de mourir is a work that lists many authentic and unique events that make running so charming.

This book is a cry of rage, from when we were confined last March and the urge to let loose was stronger than reason, which motivated us to write this book. A cry from the heart, as a tribute to all these simple races, organized by people who have kept their feet on the ground and whose passion is contagious. Finally, a war cry because it is ultimately all these small races where we have great moments that bring a collective side to this individual sport par excellence.

A directory of authentic and unique events that make running so charming.

– Jolie Foulée’s opinion;
– a preface written by Patrick Montel, legendary running commentator.

This book is also a tribute to all these simple races, organized by people who have kept their feet on the ground and whose passion is contagious.

WHO IS JOLIE FOULÉE?
According to Wikipedia, running, along with walking, is one of the two bipedal modes of human locomotion. For us, it’s a way to push ourselves, but above all a good opportunity to exercise and share strong moments with friends. Driven by a common passion for this sport and for having fun, the Jolie Foulée team recounts its experiences with irony and bad faith.

On the program: running news, races and running events, photo shoots, new technology tests, small pleasures, highlights of professional athletics, playlists for those who own an MP3 player, and contests with lots of great prizes to win. Tips that bring a bit of freshness to an activity that some consider “the most boring sport in the world” or who think “it’s for 45-year-old old-timers who run in leggings and are marathon fanatics.” You will learn to combine festive and athletic practice, to equip yourself optimally, and to improve your performance to one day receive THE compliment sought by any runner: “Hey, nice stride!” Contact and information: www.joliefoulee.fr
