TRIATHLON – Coronavirus: FFTRI cancels all training, gatherings, and competitions

Following the announcements by French President Emmanuel Macron during his address on Thursday, March 12, Philippe Lescure, President of the French Triathlon Federation, and the members of the executive board have decided to cancel all competitions and gatherings.

Furthermore, the F.F.TRI. asks clubs to suspend all group training sessions. These measures apply from today to all age categories, practices, and levels (federation, leagues, departmental committees, and clubs), until sanitary conditions allow for the resumption of these activities.

The French Triathlon Federation is committed to working with public authorities to effectively combat the spread of COVID-19 in a spirit of responsibility and national solidarity.
