Coronavirus: The FFC announces the cancellation of all events until further notice

Following the measures implemented as part of the Coronavirus epidemic, particularly the gathering limit set at a maximum of 100 people in France, the French Cycling Federation (FFC) announced this afternoon the cancellation until further notice of all amateur cycling competitions on the French calendar, across all disciplines and categories. In its press release, the FFC specified that: “regarding the continuation of supervised activities in clubs (group training), the recommendations of the Ministry of Sports, through its Minister, are to limit group activities to a maximum of 10 people (adults or minors), including supervisory staff”. The FFC also clarified that the decision does not affect Paris-Nice, which is expected to continue until tomorrow.
