PARATRIATHLON – WPS Devonport: Yannick Bourseaux 3rd in PTS5

The 2020 international paratriathlon season resumes today in Devonport, Tasmania, Australia. This is an important season as it kicks off the race towards the Tokyo Olympic event, which will take place in early August.

In the absence of the best in his PTS5 category, Yannick Bourseaux had a good chance to raise his arms in victory. In contention after the bike leg, where he set the fastest time, the Frenchman, however, lost time on foot and took 3rd place in the race.

Victory went to Austrian Guenther Matzinger ahead of Australian David Bryant.
