They join the HOKA ranks alongside the reigning IRONMAN Hamburg champion, Britain’s Susie Cheetham, her compatriot David McNamee, who has two Kona podiums, Germany’s Laura Zimmermann, who finished 2nd at IRONMAN Barcelona, France’s Manon Genet, 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 Nice champion, and the eternal Enneko Llanos (Spain).

The triathlon team is also strengthened by the arrival of promising British athletes George Goodwin, Elliot Smales and Thomas Davis.

Nikki Bartlett, the most experienced of the British triathletes, will race for the first time in HOKA this season. “You only have to look at the list of HOKA team members to see how many top athletes train and race in these shoes,” said the winner of the Lanzarote Pro IRONMAN and new HOKA team member. “I’ve been testing HOKA shoes for six months and the range of choices is incredible,” concludes Bartlett, who will aim to qualify for the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2020 as Alison Peasgood’s guide.
Also joining the HOKA team for the first time are rising German star Anne Reischman, her compatriot Carolin Lehrieder, and finally the current IRONMAN Malaysia champion, the Netherlands’ Tessa Kortekaas.
