One less stage this year for the World Triathlon Series global circuit, which could also be cut short by the best athletes due to their preparation for the Tokyo Olympic event (the men’s event will be held on July 27, the women’s event on July 28, and the mixed team relay on August 1).

Until then, the rendezvous is set for early March in Abu Dhabi, on the Formula 1 circuit, with our French athletes Vincent Luis, the reigning world champion, Dorian Coninx, Léo Bergère, Cassandre Beaugrand, and Léonie Périault, for the return of this spectacular championship.

The 2020 calendar:

E1 – March 6-7: Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)
E2 – April 18-19: Bermuda (Bermuda)
E3 – May 16-17: Yokohama (Japan)
E4 – June 6-7: Leeds (England)
E5 – June 27-28: Montreal (Canada)
E6 – July 11-12: Hamburg (Germany)
Grand Final – August 22-23: Edmonton (Canada)
