TRIATHLON – Karlovy Vary World Cup (W): Lehair, Gautier and Guérard outside the Top 10

The ITU World Cup stage in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, was not a success for the French women. Three French athletes were entered in the race, Jeanne Lehair (Metz Triathlon), Mathilde Gautier (Tri Val de Gray) and Justine Guérard (Poissy Triathlon), but none of them were able to get close to the podium, or even enter the Top 10.

Victory in this M format (1.5-40-10) went to local favorite Vendula Frintova, ahead of American Tamara Gorman and German Caroline Pohle. Jeanne Lehair took 11th place, Mathilde Gautier 14th and Justine Guérard 26th.
