TRIATHLON – WTS Bermuda (W): Katie Zaferes takes a second consecutive win

The second women’s World Triathlon Series event, held in Bermuda, was won by Katie Zaferes. The American, who had already won the first event in Abu Dhabi in early March, finished ahead of Great Britain’s Jessica Learnmonth and Canada’s Joanna Brown.

The French women were disappointing. Cassandre Beaugrand only managed 19th place, and Léonie Périault did not finish the race.

The third event will take place in Yokohama, Japan, on May 18 and 19.
