TRIATHLON – WTS – Fourth place for the French mixed relay team

After yesterday’s individual men’s and women’s races, Abu Dhabi today hosted the mixed relay event of this first WTS round. Long in contention for the 3rd step of the podium, the French mixed relay team, composed of Sandra Dodet, Dorian Coninx, Léonie Périault and Léo Bergère, ultimately finished 4th, at the foot of the podium, following a 10-second penalty due to an error in the transition zone, which handed 3rd place to the New Zealand team. The race was won by Australia ahead of the United States.
